Policy on Cancellation of Purchase Orders
Cancellation of any purchase order after 72 hrs from the date of receipt by Upplands is subject to a 15% charge of the value of the PO, plus any incurred costs of components purchased and/or manufactured by Upplands, specific to the PO in question.
Cancellation will be accepted only upon receipt of all applicable cancellation fees.
Limited Warranty

UPPLANDS Energy Inc. (Seller) warrants that all products sold shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period as listed below:
• All Solar lighting products 3-7 Years – check individual product specifications
•Warranty on solar lighting products is conditional upon operating the equipment within the parameters as specified in the data-sheets.
• Custom engineered solar lighting and power products and/or systems: as per project specifications.
• All LED products, other than solar 3-5 Years
