MICROGRID
WHAT IS A MICROGRID
A Microgrid is a small-scale power grid that can operate independently or in conjunction with the main electricity grid. It consists of interconnected electrical loads and energy resources, such as solar panels, wind turbines and batteries providing localized energy generation and storage. Microgrids can serve specific areas like homes, university campuses, military basis, or communities, enhancing energy resilience and efficiency.
POWER GRID ASSESSMENT
Based on statistical data and forecasting of future requirements we design the and expandable off-grid Energy Storage System to meet any demand of actual energy usage.
PRACTICAL DESIGN APPROACH
Our design is specific to the site location considering the extent of solar irradiation and average wind speed parameters. We are using a scientific approach to select the best and most cost affecting solution providing safe, reliable energy all year, including the harshest harshest winter conditions at extreme cold temperatures.
TRAINING AND EDUCATION
Upplands provides on-site hands-on training to the user. The wireless communication app is easy to use and can be support by the remote service offered by UPPLANDS
POWER BY ZeroSUN™ Technology
The UPPLANDS Microgrid Series energy Storage system is safe, secure, proven and reliable. It eliminates the total reliance on grid power and provides an alternative source of electrical energy to power homes, institutions, farms and many others. Electricity is provided in any weather all year and designed for the harsh Canadian winter for -40C or below ambient conditions.
